Disposable coffee cups just would not be the same without disposable coffee lids. It'd be like cream without sugar or coffee without the cup-you certainly can't have one without the other. Persons can't get that coffee to go inside disposable cups without the disposable coffee lids. The lids are integral to the entire "to go" process or operation. How on earth could individuals travel with their favorite hot brews without the coffee lid? The coffee lid it may be said serves a viable purpose in that it keeps the beverage as is necessary appropriately warm and for longer periods of time. It is able to trap the steam of the hot brew inside the cup and add to coffee-drinking pleasure. There are just too many reasons not to assure your customer has his or her coffee lid. Another reason is he or she can drink his or her hot beverage more safely. You just can't purchase cups without their respective lids-it'd be disastrous. Also the lids prevent spillage. What customer wants to take their coffee on the go and wear half of it to work? Since it is a hot beverage they probably don't want to wear it period. Remember the McDonald's fiasco-where was that customer's lid? On that note another thought comes to mind, the lid acts as a form of insurance against litigious-related matters. Regardless, you can't have a cup of hot coffee in a disposable cup without its lid: one just complements the other. |
